Here is how your Sugar Control order gets to you, how to track it, and how returns work under our 60-day guarantee.
Shipping
- Processing: Orders are processed and ship within 1 business day of purchase.
- Delivery: Average US delivery is 3-6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Free shipping: The 4-bottle and 8-bottle packs ship free within the US. The 2-bottle starter uses standard shipping calculated at checkout.
- From the verified batch: Every order ships from the documented 2026 production run shown on the verification page.
- Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. If you have not received tracking within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact support with your order number and we will look it up for you.
Returns
Sugar Control is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If it is not right for you, contact support within 60 days for return instructions, including where to send any remaining bottles. Once your return is processed, your purchase price is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days of receipt. Full terms are on the guarantee page and refund policy.
Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support with a photo within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
