We want you to feel comfortable trying Sugar Control. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back. It applies to purchases made through this authorized portal, sugarcontrolhealth.com, and works alongside our money-back guarantee.
Eligibility
Every Sugar Control purchase made on this site is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee measured from the date of purchase. Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible; we genuinely want you to try the product. We ask that you use it for at least 30 days first, because supplements work through consistent use rather than a single serving.
What is refunded
An approved refund returns the purchase price of the product to your original payment method. Any original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds apply to the product cost only.
How to request a refund

- Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Our team will reply with confirmation and simple return instructions, including the return address for any remaining bottles.
- Once we receive your return, your refund is processed, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
Limits
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases, one claim per customer.
- Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces are not eligible. Order direct so your guarantee is valid.
- Refund timing to your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, separate from the standard guarantee process.
